Applying for Masters and Ph.D. Scholarships in Australia
All international students can apply for the University of Melbourne scholarship if they fulfill the conditions for applying to one of the university’s postgraduate research programs.
The applicant must have submitted or intend to apply for admission to one of the research programs or have already obtained admission from the university.
There is no separate submission for the University of Melbourne scholarships, applications are evaluated automatically while applying for university admission.
How to apply for the University of Melbourne 2021
International students if they fulfill the aforementioned conditions should follow the following steps to apply for the University of Melbourne Graduate Scholarships 2021- Melbourne University Scholarship.
Apply for one of the postgraduate research programs offered at the University of Melbourne before the application deadline.
There is no separate submission of the Australian Postgraduate Scholarship for new applicants as applying to undergraduate admission is considered as applying to the scholarship.

Students who have previously accepted an offer from the University of Mulberry can apply for the scholarship through the Postgraduate Research Portal.
Although there is no separate application for the scholarship. However, once you are accepted into a discipline, you can apply for Scholarships (via the Scholarships and Awards webpage) and the University of Melbourne.
Conditions and rules
Conditions for obtaining a university admission for postgraduate studies at the University of Melbourne, Australia?
The minimum academic achievement is 75% or 4.00 / 3.00 in the last academic degree
Got it (Bachelors or Masters)
Proof of English language proficiency through one of the accredited international certificates (TOFEL, IELTS, CAE), except for those who have completed their university studies in English (two years minimum), and more details about the English language requirements.

Important note: While applying, make sure to choose Research Masters, in case you choose a non-research master’s program, you will have to pay an application fee.
Application dates for the University of Melbourne scholarships
Application deadline for the first semester starting February 2021: November 30, 2020, some applications may be accepted until December 31, 2020.
Application deadline for the second semester that begins in July 2021: March 31, 2021, and some applications may be accepted until May 31, 2020.
