Eligibility criteria and scholarship conditions:
(1) A student must have completed 15 years of formal education and obtained a university degree outside of Japan, or are expected to obtain a bachelor’s degree prior to joining Keio University. However, students who have obtained or are expected to obtain an undergraduate degree at an institution Japanese are not eligible.
2) A student cannot be a recipient of another scholarship at the same time as the scholarship application.
3) The student must be applying to one of the Keio University graduate schools for entry into either of April or September 2021 or April 2022, and must have received a recommendation from the university.
