Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam invites students from different countries of the world to apply for a scholarship to study for a master’s degree in the Netherlands, as this scholarship will cover the entire tuition fee and is open to students from all countries of the world

Host Institution: Vrije University Amsterdam in the Netherlands

Level of study: Masters degree programs taught in English offered at the university

Target group: International students from outside the European Union

Place of study: Netherlands

Deadline: February 1, 2021 (annual)

Funding :

The VUFP scholarship covers tuition fees. The VUFP Scholarship does not provide any additional allowance to cover study or living costs.

The VUFP Scholarships can be awarded for a one or two-year master’s program. The scholarship will be extended only to the second year of the two-year Master’s program if 100% of the first-year credits are achieved.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Demonstrate your academic excellence with a minimum average of 80% in the BA.
  • • Apply for the first year of a full-time English taught Masters program at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam starting in September 2021.
  • You do not have Dutch citizenship.
  • The degree for which you are seeking admission has not been obtained in the Netherlands.

How to apply :

You must have applied for the master’s program before you can apply for the VUFP scholarship.

Students must register for the Master’s program in Studielink, then you must submit the VUFP scholarship application with the supporting documents in VUnet.

The deadline for submitting applications is February 1, 2021.
